United Lounges at O'Hare + Breakfast choices early A.M.?

United Lounges at O'Hare + Breakfast choices early A.M.?
How come the United Lounges at O'Hare only have cold plates (fruits, bread, drinks) and no hot fare like eggs, bacon sausage etc? They should have this at all hour these lounges open.
